Meet the Wolf Pack
Kyle - Owner / Principal
Kyle is born and raised in Victoria and is a 2nd generation home builder. He grew up on job sites and has had a passion for construction from an early age. With a strong business background, Kyle has done everything from renovating his own homes to developing properties before shifting to custom homes and renovations. Prior to White Wolf, Kyle worked alongside his brother and grew a manufacturing business to a market leader in the Victoria area which still operates today under his brother’s leadership. At White Wolf, Kyle’s actively involved in all his job sites ensuring a high standard is met for budget, timeline and quality
Ashley - Owner / Business Manager
Ashley is the unicorn of White Wolf – often not believed to exist, she functions very heavily in the background and is the true champion of White Wolfs success. Her intense passion for business and extreme attention to detail are paramount to where the company is today. Prior to White Wolf, Ashley worked in the dental world where she managed and grew multiple dental clinics in the Alberta and BC Area – as White Wolf grew, she left the dental industry to work alongside Kyle to ensure the companies success as we grew. Ashley is no stranger to a challenge is known in our business for her dedication to perfection.
James - Project Manager
James has worked in construction his whole life, starting as a journeyman carpenter, and working his way into management at a young age. Prior to relocating to Victoria to join our team, he worked in Whistler for 7 years building architectural luxury homes. This experience has led James to have a keen eye for detail and hold those on his job sites to an extremely high standard. James is a leader on our Project Management team and is extremely passionate about construction. James can plan and execute complex projects with ease and ensure the best interest of our clients are met.
Jeff - Site Supervisor
Jeff joined White Wolf Homes as a seasoned Site Supervisor, with nearly 20 years experience in the role. His vast construction knowledge and experience has become a major asset for the team. Jeff’s approach to site supervision is direct, and extremely detail focused. Jeff has become a leader in the company, from teaching our younger carpenter’s best practices, to helping our management team with executing complex projects.
Elliot - Jr. Project Manager / Business Assistant Manager
Elliot is often found behind the scenes keeping the team at White Wolf Homes organized. Elliot has a vast knowledge on client relations, budgeting, and business organization. Elliot has worked many years on high-end luxury homes in the Victoria area and developed his construction knowledge both on site and in the office. Elliot is a whiz in project coordination, is highly respected by the trades, and holds a high standard for budgeting, client satisfaction, and communication. He is a key member of our management team.
Slade - Site Supervisor
Slade is a longstanding member of White Wolf Homes, possessing an extensive background in carpentry, starting on the tools at the young age of 16. He quickly grasped the overall requirements and phasing of new construction and moved into the role of Site Supervisor. Slade excels in this role by creating strong relationships with our subcontractors and utilizing great communication and problem-solving skills.
David - Project Manager
David has been in construction for over 20 years, with a strong background in Project Coordination and then Project Management. David has extensive experience with construction estimating and is an expert at creating and maintaining construction budgets. Davids hands-on experience in the process of construction allows him to understand and communicate with our clients any potential cost implications for their choices and identify risk areas in budgets in advance. David works primarily in the office ensuring budgets, timelines, and scope of works are all dialed in.
Leighton - Site Supervisor
Leighton came to White Wolf Homes with over 20 years experience in the construction industry. Leighton specializes in complex renovations, and luxury new home construction. Leighton holds high standards for quality on his job sites and is always forward thinking. He works closely with our Project Managers to ensure that clients projects are being delivered on time and to a high standard.
