As a successful businessman for the past 15 years and a 2nd generation developer, owner Kyle Velikovsky knows what it takes to create incredible homes. Born and raised in Victoria, BC, he’s a custom home builder who has specific and thorough knowledge of the Brentwood Bay, Central Saanich, North Saanich, Victoria and Langford / Westshore areas.
Kyle can advise on what types of homes are best suited for a chosen lot or neighbourhood, so you get the most out of your investment. The Process with White Wolf Homes
Complimentary Consultation
During your initial consultation about your custom home, we'll dig deep to get to know you and your preferences to narrow down what your perfect home looks like.
In a relaxed conversation, we'll brainstorm to pinpoint the location (if you haven't already chosen), style and size of house as well as all the little details that transform a house into a home. We'll also discuss the custom home build process and timeline.

Do You Have a Lot in Mind?
Using decades of combined expertise in property development, we can help you choose the lot best suited for the home and lifestyle you're after.
Have You Already Purchased a Lot?
If so, we'll need to know the lot size, any special features, specific bylaws, where it's located and whether or not it's serviced by the municipality. If you're not sure, we can help with these finer points.
Does the Lot Have Any Special Characteristics?
We'll look at whether the land has any special features that need to be considered. This can include any clearing that needs to be done, nearby trees or power poles, whether the lot is level or on a slope, and more.
What Are Your Style Preferences?
One of our many specialties is designing and building homes that fit effortlessly into the areas where they're built. We'll discuss all the potential styles and then help narrow down your style selections until you can start to see your dream home becoming a reality.
Design
Whether in-house or with an outside team, we'll review the plans and use 3D renderings to model your home. In this stage, you'll get to choose your layout, architecture, colours, hardware, materials, textures and more, to create a unique plan. Show us your Pinterest board, magazine clippings, and sketches you created while daydreaming about your custom home. This is the really fun part of building a home and we encourage you to really enjoy it. Using 3D virtual tour software, you can explore inside your new home before we've broken ground. From the front door to the rooftop, you'll be able to examine and approve every inch of the plans for your home.
Construction
We know the construction process is an intense time, whether this is your first custom house or you're a seasoned expert. Rest assured, we have a tried and tested process to keep our projects on track. We take extra steps to ensure your build is as smooth as possible by:

Final Walk Through

-Dedicated staff complete a deficiency walk-through, well before the possession date. By the time you enter your home for the very first time, our team will have taken care of every last detail.
